Many conversations over various beers revolved around our own ideas for local brews. Thus, the idea of Ghost Monkey Brewery was born. The name, however, was from Josh’s personal experience of being robbed by a ghost-like monkey with quick speed. Today, we pride ourselves on offering a consistent rotation of locally brewed beer. Made right here in Mount Pleasant with an attached taproom, our dream of developing new beers and sharing with them with friends over great food and live music is coming alive. *Family and Pet friendly

BIO

 

Isabella is an 18 year-old Country singer/songwriter whose vocal abilities are closely compared to Miranda Lambert and a young Dolly Parton. As a Southern girl who grew up in both North and South Carolina, Isabella represents the All-American girl with an old soul and strong country roots.

Isabella was nominated by the Charleston City Paper as one of the Top Female Vocalists of the Year for Charleston, SC in April 2022 and also received another nomination as Top Country Vocalist in Charleston, SC, Dec. 2021. Isabella is currently living in Nashville, recording her EP, where her first song, "Me and Hank," is scheduled for release at the end of May, 2022. Although Isabella is only 18 years old, as a songwriter, she is a storyteller who brings back 90's Country sound with a modern, southern rock grit, relatable to fans of all ages. Isabella has written over 200 songs and performs 2-3 shows per week when she is not in the recording studios.

As far back as she can remember, Isabella was inspired by the styles of Loretta Lynn, Hank Williams SR., Dwight Yoakam, George Strait, Charley Pride, Brooks & Dunn and Joe Diffie. Along with those greats, she is deeply inspired by HARDY, Hank Williams JR., Luke Combs, Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Trace Adkins, Midland, Morgan Wallen and Ernest. Isabella's songs that she has written introduce the respect of "good ole' country music" with a southern rock grit of loud drums and guitars.

Isabella's passion of filming and photography offered her the opportunity to be the videographer for several high school and middle school sport teams as well as bands in her county, and she was also recently asked to be the videographer for the Miss South Carolina Teen pageant. These experiences have allowed her to transition that to her music where she creates, edits and produces her own videos!

HELLO FROM ISABELLA!

Hi Y'all! Thank you for visiting my site! I've added these pictures below to tell my story of who I am. I was born in North Carolina and raised in both North and South Carolina. I am an 18 year old who graduated high school early to focus on my music. I am on the road, performing several nights a week at different venues from Honky Tonks to bars and restaurants, songwriter rounds and festivals; and to events that are close to my heart such as fundraisers for the Ronald McDonald House, MUSC Children's Hospital, supporting our great law enforcement and supporting our pet adoption events.

I am an old school southern girl who loves my country, my family, being on the farm or hiking in the mountains, good ole' Country music, and most of all, giving my glory to God for every gift He has blessed me with! I am a storyteller; I've written over 200 songs and am so excited to be able to share them with you! I'm grateful for all of the incredible musicians who have inspired me throughout my life, and now, allowing me to carry their great legacy forward.
